These Terms of Use govern your use of honorbrook-insurance.com (the "Site"), operated by Luay's Lifeline Inc. dba Honorbrook Insurance ("Honorbrook," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The content on this Site is general information about insurance. It is not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice, and it is not an offer or a guarantee of coverage, eligibility, premiums, or benefits. Plan details, prices, and availability vary by state, county, carrier, and enrollment period and can change.
2. No agent relationship until you enroll
Viewing the Site, sending a message, or booking a call does not create an insurance policy or a client relationship. Coverage begins only when a carrier approves an application and the policy is in force.
3. Medicare disclaimer
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options. Honorbrook Insurance is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.
4. Licensing
Luay Sadqi is a licensed insurance agent (NPN 21370662); the agency NPN is 22269925. We are licensed in Virginia, Maryland, Georgia, Texas, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, Indiana, and West Virginia. We can only discuss products in states where we are licensed.
5. Your submissions and contact consent
When you submit a form or chat message, you agree the information is accurate and that we may contact you as described in the consent language on that form and in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, bank details, or detailed health information through the Site's forms or chat.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities, submit false or fraudulent information, or use it for unlawful purposes.
