Why work here
We're independent, which means our agents work for their clients, not for one insurance company's sales targets. It also means our team isn't a call center — no scripts, no cold-call quotas. We're growing because clients stay with us for years, and that only works if the people doing the work actually care about getting it right. If that sounds like the kind of place you want to work, we'd like to hear from you.
